A spoken reflection, I've got war in my mind, crushing my will to survive, constant self doubt, paralysed my ability to thrive, Any thoughts of positivity warped by my own negative mentality.

Inexpressable thoughts circle my mind, explanations for sadness, never found within a blackened mind, while judgement is clouded by doubt, these wounds open instantly, reminded of disloyalty.

Avoid the repitition of self sabotage, I will not seek the permanent solution for this temporary problem, there is no solace in solitude.

Now I've got this war in my mind, It's been crushing my will to survive.
